Material Planning Manager

This position will report to Demand & Supply Planning Senior Manager. The incumbent is responsible to:
1. Ensures 100% material availability for all factories and monitoring the material supply schedul
2. Monitor and reviewing suppliers performance
3. Maintaining MRP parameters and all static data (safety stock, lead time, min stock) for planning purpose
4. Collaboration of upstream function (suply chain, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, finance, and marketing) over procurement parameters to identify all constraints in the search of global optimum

Requirements:
1. University degree in Engineering, Math and Statistic, or Information System ( preferable with GPA above 3 )
2. Minimum work experience 3 years as material planner in multinational or big group national company
3. Fully understanding the logic behind MRP calculation
4. Working knowledge in SAP or SCM Planning software is a plu
5. Good working knowledge of computer computer system (Excel, Access, and Power Point)
6. Good command in English both verbal & written
7. Good analytical and problem solving skills
