Paypal Scammer on DigitalPoint

Recently i had open a domain selling thread, i'm trying to sell short five letter dot com including UBAVO dot COM. Eventough i had stated it clearly that selling were on auction style with starting price 1$. Suddenly some guy PM me offering 5$ for UBAVO dot COM. Off course i was so happy, but soon i was back to realize that i had to be very careful handling this transaction. So i decided to reply his PM and said that he could pay me if he stated the domain names and his godaddy account details on paypal payment note. Not long after my reply, i got the payment notification on my inbox.

When i opened the notification, i just got mad because the payment didnt mentioned anything about the domain transaction, and the second worst thing is he using unverified paypal acocunt. So i got to refund the payment and notify him that i couldnt receive his payment since he didnt mentioned the transaction details on paypal payment note. After that he got reply me once grumbling about why i rejected his payment, about he got paypal limitation and have to wait until his new credit card got approved etc. I think this is just scrap junk of unrealistic reason, thats why i give him another 24 hours to fulfil the payment.



And almost two days after the last replies, this guy didnt show off anymore. I couldnt explained whether i should be happy or sad, happy because i could avoid a scammed but sad because my domain were not sold. For everyone else you must be very carefully when doing transaction with paypal. You must state it clearly that payment note must be fullfil with transaction details. Those data are needed when someone got payment dispute, and have to explained to paypal admin team.
