1. Male / Female, age 23 - 30 years old.
2. Minimum education D3 from quality university majoring Management of Transportation
3. Minimum 1 year experience in the same business
4. Have Own Vehicle (motorcycle) and Driving License C
5. Proficiency in English and computer skills
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Smart, Hard Worker, Team Work & Self Starter
8. Target Oriented, able to work under pressure and deadline

In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill in the following position:

LOGISTICS MANAGER

Requirements:
1. Posses a Bachelor’s degree.
2. A minimum of 6 years experience in Supply Chain, Shipping or Logistics, with a minimum 2 years of managerial exposure. Experience in multinational oil/mining industry is preferred.
3. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
4. Comprehensive understanding in shipping operations, supply planning and inventory management
5. Sound knowledge of Import/Export regulations and documentations, port and stevedoring activity.
6. Demonstrate professionalism through positive, cooperative and customer-relationship building attitude.
7. Excellent command in English, both verbal and written.
8. Strong analytical, managerial and organizational skills.
9. Ability and desire to work autonomously serving as advisor (problem-solver attitude) and independently manage responsibilities (goal setting skills).
10. Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
11. Prior experience in interacting with multiple customers.
12. To be based in Jakarta and willing to travel frequently within the country or overseas – when required.
13. Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics.
