Here we comes in the end of February 2009, the year of 2008 has past away. It’s time to go after our dream. We can’t just sit and dreaming, there are a lot of hard work and effort to do in order to acheive what we have dreaming on. For every fresh graduate going to hunt work, you must keep in your mind what kind of work do you want, what kind of company you will joined, what kind of salary you want and almost dozens of other things to think about. In this real hard work there will be no mercy for fresh graduate, you done something wrong then you got punishment.

Just like me which has been spend almost three years away from my home city but almost nothing achieved. Fortunately for the last six months i had stuck with a good reputable company to work with. I got a very nice salary from my direct superior. After some couple terrific months learning new things at last i could manage to adapt with my new work. How did i could manage to get some nice salary at let say as much as 4 mil. It do cost me two and half years of hardwork and trustworthy. Don’t forget to mention that i know the price of my self. Exactly, we must know our own value to reach our value. If you realize your value was not good so go get those value upgrade.

I’m not talking about your educational GPA value print on a sheet of paper. Well if you smart enough you should pass your school easily along with your friend as the best top ten in your class. That will be quite precious when you need to find job, but recently wellknown company used to be look after the best graduate from the best school or university. Note this as a bold mark in your head. The easiest way to get a job right after your graduation is graduate as the top best rank in your class.

I’m sure there much more stupid ignorant student who pass their education with minimum GPA score. It’s still ok but once again you must examine your self and know your valuable price in your self. For example : trustable, hardwork, keep focus, dilligent, nice personality, etc etc…. Eventually those inner value will be shaped in first year of your work experience. So don’t get the wrong company to join, that mean you will be got underpriced salary, and you got useless work reference.
